Things To Keep In Mind

Ayurveda specifies the following instructions for water intake:

-Take warm water especially in the morning.

-Take small quantities of water multiple times in-between each meal. It helps digestion.

-Do not take water immediately before or after meals.

-Water should be warmed only up to the consumable extent. If water gets hot beyond that, allow it to cool down before consuming.
